Depends on the inverter you have/buy.
Many have built in transfer switches. When an external source of 120 VAC is present, the inverter merely "passes through" that source of 120 VAC.
When no external source of 120 VAC and the inverter is ON, it "inverts" to provide 120 VAC from the batteries.

Two ways to diagnose the 120 VAC heating element:
Verify there IS 120 VAC to the heating element OR
Disconnect wires to the element and check the element with OHM meter.

can the water heater work just fine on propane, yet still not work on 120 volt electric solely cause of the "element" located inside the hot water heater tank? in other words, the hot water will work fine on propane, but not work on electric cause of a bad element?
Certainly.
If the propane-side is working fine (12 VDC, good propane supply, thermocouple good, etc) all is good on propane.
If 120 VAC is not powering the heating element, it will not work. Could be issue with shore power, breaker, fuse in water heater PC board or burned out 120 VAC heating element-- will not work.
Basically two "mostly" unrelated heating sources. PC board being the point in common.

As an aside, I learned last winter not to dilute RV anti-freeze with water. Here in Nevada cold is a little below zero. The housing that holds my RV water filter froze and broke inside the plumbing compartment.
So we don't confuse the OP or other readers, I ASSUME you are referring to the POTABLE water system anti-freeze.
The OP is dealing with the engine coolant and DOES get to 50/50 coolant concentrate/distilled water.

Juneau is the closest city to Glacier Bay NP and tours of the park can be arranged from there.
An option is to drive to Skagway and take the Alaska Marine Highway down to Juneau. Probably just do it as a walk on unless spending enough time in Juneau to warrant taking your toad or even coach.
BTW, there are other equally spectacular glacial areas further north if you are headed further into Alaska.
Glacier Bay is not as spectacular as it was even a decade ago. Many of the tide water glaciers (the ones that calf) have receded so they calf on land, not into the water. This was of May 2023 when we last visited.

Replacing fuel lines is NOT technical, but indeed takes time. Many of us have done it ourselves. Cost of fuel line itself is not excessive. You hire out the labor, THAT is a different story.
And, yes fuel line degradation at that age is kind of expected.

Since you have an AIR SUSPENSION on our DP, you need to look at replacements with the same/another replacement of equal quality air bag.
Are you seeking a parts only cost?
If parts and labor, your location will likely have a big impact on $$.

You need to replace ALL the fuel lines (engine, generator, supply and return).
25+ year old rubber fuel hose is an accident waiting to happen. Not only fuel LEAKS, but on the suction side of the lift pump (tank to life pump), any opening will allow AIR into the fuel system. Can easily leave you on the side of the road.

Going to sell in the next year or so-- no.
A third option is to carry a spare front and rear and wait for a failure (probably on the side of the road).
I have had bags last over 10 years on dump trucks, and end-dumps. Much more severe duty than MH likely to get. When the guy that bought my '95 Pete dismantled it to build the Western Star kit he replaced the bags. 2 out of 4 where original. Over 3 million miles, and a lot of them running 95 PSI to carry the load.
Rubber ages by both use and TIME. 22+ year old rubber has suffered more degradation than would occur in just 10 years.
Remember to add to coach model year for component age-- manufacturing process of bags, storage at manufacturing facility before shipping, storage at chassis maker, age on chassis before shipped to coach builder............
Another issue that each owner needs to weigh is breakdown on the road VS preventive maintenance. No one answer fits all. Budget, how long coach will be kept, tightness of schedule, etc are all factors.

And be aware that it takes 2 changes of transynd before you can use the duty cycle of synthetic rather than generic transmission fluid.
Correct.
If this is the first synthetic change, per Allison, the change interval remains the same as for non-synthetic oil.

Assuming this is an Allison 3000 series, most cost effective is:
5 gallon pail of Allison 668 Transynd. That will leave you about 1 quart left over.
An Allison filter kit-- take your transmission model/serial number in with you to get the correct filters/gaskets-- kit is complete. The model/serial number is on a tag on the driver's side of the transmission.
About the only thing you need is a bucket and an inch-pound torque wrench. Easy DYI job.

If you do a bunch of reading you will find that the rear track bar does not make a lot of difference, maybe for older units it could.
Rear track bar/panhard rod IS a good idea and gives increasing benefits as REAR OVERHANG is longer= more "tail wagging the dog".

CORRECT. The front air bags are an integral part of the P30 front suspension and are critical for wheel alignment.
Set too far from recommended PSI to achieve correct height dimension between A arms and particularly if the bags don't hold air can lead to very rapid tire wear and handling issues.
